Spend July with me

Hey Reader!

Is summer your favorite season of the year?

It's definitely not mine. I'm more of a layers type of person, though I adore open-toed shoes. (Look, if I could live in a place where I only occasionally had to wear full shoes, I think I'd be really, really content.)

No matter your take on the new-old clothing-related challenges of summer (because it's the same thing every year... or is it just me who always feels ambushed by my lack of comfortable hot weather-appropriate clothing?), I know we're in for another flavor of the messages telling us how we aren't [insert "desirable" thing] enough.

And there are three sorts of strategy to deal with this version:

  1. IGNORE IT COMPLETELY AND ROCK ON because you are firm and rooted into yourself, your body, and your belonging in this world (and I envy you 3000%).
  2. Try out that thing from the ad you saw while scrolling Instagram or TikTok because maybe this one might be *actually* helpful this time...

    or
  3. Get Support because you know this season is rough for you in so. many. ways. and you just want to find ways to live well and maybe thrive even.

So, if you're a #3, then hey, I've got a couple of things that could help with that.

The one I want to invite you into today is Love Notes for a New Year.

However, because I'm going to have to endure the discomfort of summer, I've decided to make it fun for myself by creating space to do something I really enjoy: hanging out with you.

That means that if you decide to sign up for the Love Notes, you don't just get the 31-day program of affirmations and Reflection Prompts, you also get to join me for a live run including check in chats and an online community space because we're going to do it together!!!

So if that sounds like an interesting way for you to spend your summer, then click the button below to learn more and get set up so we can spend our July TOGETHER!

Not sure this is for you? That's okay, if I can help you decide by answering any questions you have, then reply to this email!

And if your July is already fully booked out and you won't be joining us, then I hope it will be an easeful and enjoyable way for you to move into the latter part of 2024!

In love, liberation, and solidarity,

P.S. I've got spots open for individual coaching if you happen to be a #3 but want more focused support. Book a free 30-minute call with me to chat about what that could look like for you. I look forward to having tea with you!

Sent with big fat love from a messy desk and a neurodivergent mind.
