Countdown to Summer

Hey Reader.

This morning, while I was helping my child get ready for school (read: compassionately overcoming the "I don't want to go to school today" objections), we did the countdown 'til summer vacation.

For us, it's 6 weeks. (Which seems like an excruciatingly looooong time.)

And for you, if you've got littles, it can be as short as days from now.

But even if you're not someone who is raising small people, you've probably also noticed all the messaging floating around you that summer is imminent (and in some cases, already here).

No matter the promises of rest and exploration and fun and reconnection summer may bring, it also brings with it a bunch of worries about your body and how others will react to it.

And that right there robs the season of its joy and, instead, makes it a couple of months to white knuckle it through while finding the most comfortable ways to hide from and be palatable to others.

It doesn't have to be this way, even if it's always been this way for you.

Because finding support around the challenges you face as a person who lives in a body that differs from the ideal goes a long way towards helping you reclaim your joy (or find it in the first place, for that matter).

That's why I've opened up 3 spots for one-one-one coaching with me.

If you're ready to receive some focused support from me and interested in getting started, then simply fill out this form and book yourself a tea with me to see if we're a fit!

And if now is not the time to enter into this type of support relationship with me, I still hope that you're finding ways to be in community with folks who will have your back and help you keep moving forward through the upcoming months. You don't have to do any of this alone.

With all my big, fat love,

What am I up to?
